Brandt Stiles co-founded Collegiate Development Group (CDG) and is heavily involved in all aspects of the development process.
Prior to CDG, Brandt founded StiVan Group, an investment and management firm focused on the acquisition and repositioning of distressed residential real estate. Brandt obtained his financial expertise prior to StiVan Group as an accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers and Rubin Brown.

Timothy VanMatre co-founded Collegiate Development Group (CDG) in order to deliver projects with an unmatched experience, from start to finish, for all involved.
Prior to CDG, Timothy co-founded StiVan Group, an investment and management firm, to focus on the acquisition and repositioning of distressed residential real estate. Since inception, StiVan Group has acquired over 80 properties. In 2004 Timothy joined one of the leaders in urban historic redevelopment throughout the Midwest, Blue Urban. During Timothy’s tenure with Blue Urban he developed over 550,000 square feet of historic redevelopment projects totaling over $120 million.

Mitchell joined CDG in 2016 as a Development Manager and is responsible for supervising various facets of the development process.
Prior to CDG, Mitchell gained industry experience as a real estate attorney at an Am Law 100 firm in St. Louis. As an attorney, Mitchell counseled clients through a variety of complex real estate matters, including origination, leasing and securitization.

Jess joined CDG in 2017 as a Human Resource/Office Manager.
Prior to CDG, Jess worked for a Fortune 500 retail company for 8 years in various Human Resource roles with focuses including workforce planning, employee relations, staffing, performance management, and employee engagement.

Jeremy joined CDG in 2018 as Project Manager and is responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating projects according to design standards, budget and timeline.
Prior to joining CDG, Jeremy served as Vice President of Business Development of an ENR Top 400 Contractor. Jeremy has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry and has served in various roles including project estimator and project manager.

Rich joined CDG in 2018 as Director of Real Estate with a focus on leading the pursuit of development opportunities in multiple markets through developing relationships with local brokers and owners.
Prior to joining CDG, Rich operated Homeland Realty and Century Renovations as an Owner/Broker with a focus on acquiring value add real estate and non-performing notes. Throughout his 20+ year career in real estate Rich has acquired nearly 1,000 real estate related assets and brokered over $400 million in transactions.

Dylan joined CDG in 2018 as a Development Associate and is responsible for assisting in all phases of the development process.
Prior to CDG, Dylan worked as a Property Manager for the largest third party student housing management company in the nation overseeing all operational facets of a community. Specializing in lease-ups for new student and multi-family developments, he successfully stabilized five properties consisting of nearly 2,000 beds, including CDG’s flagship property TODD Student Living.

Sarah joined CDG in 2018 as a Jr. Controller and is responsible for the accounting and financial management of the company.
Prior to CDG, Sarah worked for a local mid-sized public accounting firm in the tax department. She mainly focused on closely held companies within the real estate and construction, restaurant, and startup industries.

Jericho joined CDG in 2019 as a Project Manager and is responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating projects according to design standards, budget and timeline.
Prior to joining CDG, Jericho served as a Captain in the United States Army Corps of Engineers for 8 years including tours of duty in Iraq and Afghanistan. Most recently, he served as a Project Manager at an ENR Top 50 design-build General Contractor.

Cole joined CDG in 2019 as Vice President of Investments with a focus on underwriting new opportunities and managing capital relationships.
Prior to CDG, Cole worked as a Commercial Real Estate lender at Stifel Bank & Trust and Wells Fargo. During that time he helped source, underwrite, and manage $1Bn+ of commercial real estate debt nationwide across all property types.

Kaeli joined CDG in 2019 as a Senior Development Associate and is responsible for assisting in all phases of the development process.
Prior to CDG, Kaeli worked in affordable housing on both the equity/lending side, and in development. On the development side, she was involved in various aspects of projects across the country from conception to closing to construction completion, working closely with investors, lenders, non-profit organizations, consultants, city officials, and numerous other parties throughout the process.
